These are the terms for using SpendCull (spendcull.com), a product of Opsibyte. By starting a report, you agree to the following.
What you're buying
A one-time report generated from the information you submit, for $99 USD. SpendCull's analysis is generated by AI from the CSV data you upload. It is not financial advice, and SpendCull never accesses your bank or payment accounts. You're responsible for verifying every charge and its current status before cancelling or downgrading anything — some flagged items may reflect seasonal, annual, or team tools that are still in active use.
Free preview
The free preview shows a limited subset of findings so you can evaluate the product before paying. It is not a separate deliverable and carries the same disclaimers as the full report.
Refunds
7-day, 100%, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. Email hello@spendcull.com and we'll refund you, no explanation required.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for reviewing every finding and recommendation before acting on it. Nothing in the report is a guarantee of any business outcome, and you make all final decisions about what, if anything, to change.
No automated changes on your behalf
SpendCull never takes action on your behalf beyond generating the report — it doesn't post, publish, cancel, or change anything in any account you own. Every action the report recommends is something you review and do yourself.
